We have lived and worked in the area for over 20 years, and can advise you on various aspects of life in Granada, helping you to choose a property in the correct area according to your needs. We will personally accompany you on all visits.

Buying property in Spain is different to buying property in Britain, but once the process has been clearly explained, you will see that it is perfectly safe. Until you are perfectly happy you need sign nothing. It is very regulated and risk free.

Once you have bought your property you will still probably need help with water, electricity, community charges etc. We will not abandon you!
